Order Cancelations: Our products are custom printed when ordered. When you place an order, it is sent to one of our printers around the world who print the product just for you, then ship it directly to you. Unfortunately, at this time once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled and returns of the product are not accepted.
Manufacturing Mistakes: While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen from time to time. If there is a manufacturing mistake during printing or an item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you briefly describe the problem using the contact form below. Please include the order number. In our reply back, we will request that you provide us a photo of the damaged product in question.
Upon review and acceptance of the claim, the item will be reprinted and shipped to you at no additional cost to you. Please note that all complaints regarding product quality need to be reported within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a reprint.
Lost Packages: If the tracking information for an order says the package was delivered, a reprint or a refund is at our discretion. Coco Avila is not responsible for reprinting orders that are marked as delivered or for an incorrect shipping address provided by the purchaser.
